To assist in the development of soccer as a major sport in the United States and to improve the quality of officiating at the College and High School levels.
To Promote, develop, and improve the American game of soccer. To collaborate with soccer associations, coaches, officials, and other organizations in everything pertaining to the advancement of soccer.
